September Update

Well, last month went by fast, I did a lot of site updates, and I've been continuously streamlining it since. I've learned a lot about HTML and CSS and I'm proud to be able to show that off here. Almost every single piece of code on this site (aside from the JavaScript) was written by me. I'm incredibly proud of my progress and this display of it. I also learned how to make and update an RSS feed, which I wrote about last month.

I'm currently writing a site manifesto, and that is taking most of my focus rn, hence why there haven't been as many blog post updates recently. Also, as you may know, my partner has cancer, and that has also taken up a lot of time and focus. His treatment is going well so far, and we should have a better idea of how well the treatment is working by the end of October.

I do still indent to post at least 1 spanish progress update post this month, and I intend to finish Black Feminist Thought this month too, as well as The Panopticon Writings by Jeremy Bentham, and And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie. I also want to finish Everyday Life in the North Korean Revolution by the end of the year, but that is looking less and less likely. I have no intention of finishing El Ladrón del Rayo this year, but that is because I'm still really slow reading it, mostly due to unfamiliar tenses and conjugations that I have to look up. I'm also hoping to publish my site manifesto this month, but we'll see, I'm still on the first draft, not even done with it yet, and it's all over the place, its turning out to be more of a rewriting of the communist manifest for the modern day than a site manifesto rn, but it's fine. I also have a bunch of blog posts I want to write about other topics, you can see a list on my bulletin board under site notes, but I'm not sure if I'll get to any of those this month.

I think thats all the main points for this month. Next month might be a bit more all over the place because my boss is trying to change my work schedule at the end of this month.

I may also be posting a bit more about labor organizing, since that is something I've recently started getting involved with.

If there's anything I haven't talked about that you want me to talk about, anything I missed, or anything you want me to expand on, please leave a comment below.
